Installed in a large airconditioned room in our Soho building, the Avid suite is the latest Nitris DX running from a Avid Qualified 12 core Mac Pro with 4TB of Raid storage for hi-speed data transfers.


Loaded with 12gb of RAM and 2 x HEX CORE 2.66GHZ processing the suite is an incredibly powerful piece of kit capable of accelerated render times and file exports at previously unseen speeds.




A JVC V24 HD monitor with overlayed scope and audio meters provides the editor and clients with a perfect view of the edit, and with separate PPM meters ensure Broadcast compliance for Adstream and Clearcast delivery. Audio monitoring is through Macie HR824 active speakers giving a rich, warm and accurate sound. With rave reviews for this audio monitoring, Media Junction has provided an Avid Edit Suite capable of mixing and track laying not only music videos and commercials but any project where true audio clarity is required. Sitting on a large AKA Edit Pro desk the soundproofed suite is a perfect environment for clients to work on a job in a relaxed and spacious room.
